 Yoga in Daily Life

There is no right or wrong way to integrate yoga into your daily life. The way that works for you and fits into your schedule is the right one for you. There are some suggestions to try and begin with to figure out your path to daily yoga practice.

1. Join a yoga class and practice poses on days you do not have class.

2. Start by doing a Sun Salutation every morning as part of your morning routine.

3. Add a series of yogic activities throughout the day as you have time. Morning meditation, affirmation, and yoga routine along with a meditation and breathing session in the evening, for example.

4. Perhaps breaking it down even further, morning meditation and affirmation, afternoon yoga routine, and evening breathing and meditation.

5 The time of day is when you have the time to actual practice yogic activities, the goal is to do it daily, not do it every day at 8 a.m.

Things You Should not Regret!

Why do we regret being right?

1. Winning an honest argument

2. Not spoiling your kids

3. Disciplining your kids

4. Holding yourself accountable for your actions

5. Holding others accountable for their actions

6. Telling the truth even if it hurts

7. Showing others that you respect yourself

8. Spending time with kids instead of doing the adulting

9. Having an open mind.

And never regret being yourself!
